Mid St8 Taco thinks it’s important to know where your food comes from. From the meat we slow roast in a charcoal-fired oven, to the corn for our homemade tortillas, to the spices we use to imbue to our condiments, we hand select each ingredient from purveyors we know and trust. In addition to ensuring the highest quality, it also makes for some amazing eating! 

Come see us at the West Shore Farmer’s Market where we are cooking up delicious specials every week. Or, use us to cater your next event. Taco parties are a unique and laid-back way to entertain.

Mid St8 Taco is committed to doing our part for the environment. We use recyclable to-go containers, serve reverse osmosis water and compost and recycle everything we can. We try to make the world a better place once taco at a a time.
